These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OpenVoxel Launcher ("the Launcher") provided by OpenVoxel Studios ("the Company"). By using the Launcher, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the Launcher. OPENVOXEL LAUNCHER IS AN INDEPENDENT MINECRAFT LAUNCHER. NEITHER THE OPENVOXEL LAUNCHER NOR OPENVOXEL STUDIOS IS AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR OTHERWISE CONNECTED TO MOJANG AB OR THE MICROSOFT CORPORATION. THE TERMS "MINECRAFT", "MOJANG", "MICROSOFT", AND ANY OTHER PRODUCT MARKS, TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, WORD MARKS, OR SERVICE MARKS, ALONG WITH MINECRAFT AND UNDERLYING MATERIALS THEREIN ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. USE OF THE FOREGOING DOES NOT IMPLY ANY AFFILIATION WITH OR ENDORSEMENT MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
1. Data Collection The OpenVoxel Launcher does not collect any personal information from users. The Launcher still does requests to our servers (openvoxel.studio and zygocraft.com) to get informations and log-in.
2. User-Generated Content
Maps included in the Launcher are made by OpenVoxel Studios, further credits if applicable will be found on our maps website: . User-created content within the Launcher is subject to adherence to the Minecraft Terms of Service and will be found in the folder %APPDATA%\OpenVoxel\launcher\saves
on Windows and in the folder Library/Application Support/OpenVoxel/launcher/saves
on Mac. When creating "instances", the saves will be located in Library/Application Support/OpenVoxel/instances
folder for Mac, and %APPDATA%\OpenVoxel\instances
for Windows.
3. Security Measures All sensitive data (like the Microsoft log-in details) and information stored on the user's computer, if applicable, are encrypted. Users are solely responsible for the security and integrity of their data. All sensitive data and login credentials sent to our servers are encrypted using HTTPS and not stored on the server. The fact that you logged-in may be logged on our servers: this will only include your Minecraft username for anonymous public statistics usage, and private statistics usage.
4. Updates to Terms
Users should be notified within the Launcher of any updates or changes to these Terms of Service and it will be sent in the channel πγchanged-log
in our Discord server () with the @Launcher
mention. You can get the @Launcher

tab.
OpenVoxel Studios reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes, although they should be notified.
5. Usage Restrictions The use of the OpenVoxel Launcher follows age limits as well as geographical restrictions specified in the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) that you can find here:
6. Limitation of Liability OpenVoxel Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Launcher.
7. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenVoxel Studios from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the use of the Launcher.
